If you're having issues printing to a terminal server, follow these easy steps:
- Log off your session by clicking on the Windows icon in the lower left corner and choosing LOG OFF. (Or going to the desktop, clicking your User picture and choosing "Sign Out")
- Verify that the printer you want to print to is available on your local workstation and set as the default
- Reconnect to the cloud
That should re-establish the connection..
