You will do the following steps online by going to the web portal for Outlook. Outlook.office.com
To access an email account, you have permission for:
- In the top right corner of the window, click on your Initials.
Click on Open another mailbox.
- Input the email you are accessing, click on open.
Once you do that, you will gain access to the email account. The account will open up in a new window / tab.
- Go to the email and then click somewhere in the search box that’s at the top of the Outlook webpage.
- Click on the arrow next to All Folders and select Archive.
The results will be shown under results. Its possible that the emails you are looking for may not be there depending on how long things have been saved in archives.
